Welcome to HIIT YOGA, a functional movement class designed to get your body moving again — and your energy back on track.

Through fluid sequences, postural strengthening and breathing exercises, the body is gently reactivated after long hours spent sitting.
The focus is on mobility, posture and circulation, without intensity or performance pressure.

An ideal mid-day reset to release tension, improve focus and return to work feeling lighter, more energised and more present.

All levels welcome.
All equipment provided.
Just bring comfortable clothes and the willingness to move.
