The BIRDHOUSE’s socially responsible project is the result of a partnership between the Fondation Apprentis d'Auteuil International (FAAI), the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (EHG) and Gourmet Brothers. At LE NEST, for instance, young people are offered a chance to become a trainee in one of the restaurant’s hospitality trades.
As a work integration restaurant, and with the constant professional socio-educational guidance, the BIRDHOUSE offers to 15 young people who have dropped out of school the opportunity to access a dual training course, leading to a well-deserved certification.
