Welmove lands at BIRD Geneva on 24 January 2026 for the first celebration of International Women’s Sports Day in Geneva. 

Hosted at The PLAYGROUND, Welmove is a full-day, 100% female movement and wellbeing experience designed to help you move, reconnect, and feel good in your body — no matter your level or background. 

Expect a curated mix of workshops, wellbeing moments, and inspiring encounters across four formats:

WelPulse (dance, cardio, fun), WelHarmony (strength and release), WelDivine (confidence and femininity), and WelShare (talks and community). 

A bold, welcoming day to explore movement differently, meet inspiring coaches, and celebrate women through energy, connection, and pleasure.
