BIRDHOUSE isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a culinary journey with a purpose. This unique eatery offers a diverse menu of healthy, locally sourced dishes, serving up a whopping 60,000 meals annually. But there's more to BIRDHOUSE than just great food; it's also a launching pad for young people facing challenges in their academic path.


With three distinct spaces — the cozy Coffee Corner, the vibrant Espace Saveurs, and the stylish Le Nest — Birdhouse caters to every craving. "Each space offers a unique experience that combines quality, sustainability, and social commitment, thanks to our job placement program", explains Vanessa Domilici-Eghikian, Director of BIRDHOUSE.

A Recipe for Success


What sets BIRDHOUSE apart is its commitment to providing young people with a second chance. By partnering with the Fondation Apprentis d'Auteuil International (FAAI), Gourmet Brothers, and the Hotel Management School Geneva, BIRDHOUSE offers these young adults the opportunity to lran the ropes and earn a diploma in culinary arts or hospitality. They're mentored by experienced professionals from the luxury hospitality industry and supported by a dedicated social coach.

A Bright Future


Jessica, a 21-year-old trainee, is one of the many young people who have benefited from the program and is ready to take on the culinary world. "I love interacting with customers and learning how to be both friendly and efficient ", she says.

BIRDHOUSE also offers a thriving catering service, accounting for nearly 25% of its business. "We cater an average of one cocktail party per week, along with several large-scale events each year ", says Domilici-Eghikian. This gives trainees valuable experience in all aspects of the food service industry.

Since its launch in 2019, BIRDHOUSE has successfully graduated 18 students, with a 100% success rate for its most recent cohort.
